Mike grew up in Wisconsin and began his involvement with Arabian horses through 4-H at the age of nine working his way up to the national shows. Mike attended Colorado State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Equine Science.  He began professionally training in 1992 and since then, he and his riders have won numerous National Championships, Reserves, and Top Tens in English Pleasure, Country Pleasure, Driving, Native Costume, Hunter Pleasure, Show Hack, Equitation, Western Pleasure, and Halter.  Mike has been a licensed Arabian judge since 2003 and has had the privilege of judging shows such as US Nationals, Canadian Nationals, Youth Nationals, Scottsdale, and countless others.
